Design process

Our design process provides homeowners with all the tools and resources necessary to make choosing beautiful finishes fun and easy. In addition to spending valuable time with a design professional in our Design Center, buyers will soon be able to browse our Online Design Center to view inspirational photos and create finish collages.

One Tree Planted

Ward Communities is partnering with One Tree Planted to donate 100 trees for every home our company builds. This is our contribution to restore the world's forests and create a more sustainable future.


In 2023, Ward Communities started our journey in planting trees all over the world and ended the year with 5,500 trees planted. Help us reach our new goal in planting 15,000 trees in 2024!
