You're one step closer to your new home! You will be signing the purchase agreement with your sales manager. At this point, your Earnest Money Deposit will be collected. To keep the building process on track, we will also need your pre-approval for construction-to-permanent financing from one of our preferred lenders within the next five days.

You'll soon be contacted by a dedicated Ward Communities Design Center Consultant to schedule your personalized meeting.
